How do I book The Exploration of Aerial Arts Retreat?

Book early to make sure a spot is available for you, so far, all 7 of our international retreats have sold out.

Is there a payment plan option?

Yes. Earlybird Deposit is $333 via Zelle or Venmo for Solo Guest or $500 for couple/ friends' booking together or add 3% for Credit Card Invoices

Payment Plans are Interest Free if deposit is made before 8/8/2024

Payment Plan can be split into up to 4 Payments

1st Payment to begin September ( you choose the date)

 Must be Paid in Full by February 12, 2025

Can I book a shared occupancy as a solo traveler?

Yes. If you're travelling alone, you can definitely book a double occupancy room as we often have other solo travelers looking to meet new friends as well. However, if you have specific environment needs such as a particular AC setting or you are a loud or light sleeper, we recommend booking a private occupancy option.

Do I need to be vaccinated?

The Green Sage Bay always aims to host in locations that do not require proof of vaccination. Our Intention is to include all guests, regardless of vax status. As of May 12, 2023 there are currently no requirements for Portugal or the United States for entry/exit or reentry.

What if we can no longer travel due to unforeseen circumstances?

Since February 2021, we pride ourselves on having successfully navigated adversity through ever changing global & national regulations, whilst still safely travelling through multiple countries.  We do our best to stay up to date on travel allowances and update participants in real time of any/all changes. If for reasons beyond our control the retreat cannot be fulfilled, guests will receive the option to transfer their retreat funds to another date OR if no new dates are available a refund will be offered.

Can I bring a partner?

Of Quartz you can!

We love welcOMing spouses, loved ones, & friends! We can accommodate you in our shared accommodation package, the significant other package, or even the fairy garden can be booked for 2! 

Let us know your desired sleeping arrangements & we will do our absolute best to deliver comfort to you!

How do I get there- is transportation included?

Airfare is NOT included, but airport shuttle transfer from Faro District Airport is included both ways within our timed shuttle pickup window.

*BE SURE to book the flight recommended by Cassie or to get approval on your flight before you purchase to ensure smooth shuttle pickup times for the group.

What is the cancellation policy?

All Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE as well as Payments.

If you cannot come for unforeseen personal reasons, you FORFEIT your $$

& Your Funds are put towards the GSB Scholarship Program.

Is food included- I have dietary restrictions, can my needs be met?

Yes! You will be WELL nourished with an a la carte breakfast and 2 Catered Iberian Healthy Local Meals a Day.

We have Meat, Vegetarian, Vegan, & Gluten Free Options

Specify Your Dietary Needs & We can make sure to accommodate you.

Do I need to have aerial or yoga experience?

Nope! Come as you are. Where as its preferred you have at least SOME body awareness, we all come from different movement backgrounds and all humnas are welcOMe. Our skilled teachers are versed in safely guiding ALL Levels of Learning. While we encourage classes, all of our offerings are completely optional, never an obligation & you can always choose how little or how much you want & need!

Can I do things outside of what's on the schedule?

Of Quartz! The GSB is here to assist your personal retreat just as much as the collective experience. If there's anything you're DYING to do- let us know and we'd be happy to assist you in the right direction. From kayaking, to wine tasting, to boat trips, shopping & cliff hiking, we have all the inside information to bring your dreams to fruition!

Do I have to attend all classes?

NOpe! Everything is optional. Whereas it is encouraged, you know yourself better than we ever will, and we honor and respect your process of retreat and holiday. Every offering is merely suggestion, we just ask for clear, kind communication as a number one priority if you choose to opt out of any experience so we can have the group accounted for in order to best meet all of our needs, both individual & collective.

What is the drug and alcohol policy?

Whereas we hope your top intention is personal growth and expansion while retreating with us, we understand everyone is an adult & responsible for themselves.  If you want to delight yourself in festivities that embody substance, please be respectful with your consumption.

If your extracurricular activities begin to disturb the group or villas, 

you will be asked to leave.

Can I bring my kid or my cat/dog?

Not this time. Unfortunately, (or fortunately depending how you look at it :0) 

this event is pet & child free.

What is the Covid-19 Policy?

If guests are unable to travel because of Covid-19, a positive test, or failure to show correct documentation for travel, the trip is STILL NONREFUNDABLE. We believe that it is each of our responsibility to fully prepare documentation & maintain our health to the best of our ability prior to retreat start. We recommend travel insurance & health insurance to help protect your health & trip costs.
