One on one yoga ( akhanda, kundalini, hatha, trauma informed yin, fusion) lesson tailored to your wishes at your residence or choice location. Great for folks that are new to yoga, those who don't like the typical studio yoga classes, or those who thrive on diving into the depths of their personal mind, body & spiritually connected goals.

Cancelation Policy

For cancellations or to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours notice out of courtesy and kindness to our therapist's time. If 24 hours notice is not given for cancellation there is a $35 Cancellation Fee.
